The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
J. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA:
For the purposes mentioned above, the provision of personal data is mandatory, except for those based on consent, for which data provision is optional. Refusal to provide data for optional purposes will not affect the provision of the service in any way.

The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in accordance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations guiding the activities of the Data Controller. Data will be processed using computer systems, paper documents, and any other suitable medium, in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures as provided for by the GDPR.
